We listen, act, and transform
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist(Korean/English speaking) with 13+ years of experience helping adults (20+) with anxiety(Panic), ADHD management, relationship and family issues, life transitions, and identity concerns. I blend evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, meditation, Eastern philosophy, and mindfulness psychology to support deep, meaningful change.
What was your path to becoming a mental health provider?
My path to becoming a mental health provider began in filmmaking and creative writing, where I explored human emotion and storytelling. I was drawn to the inner struggles people carry and the desire to be seen and understood. This led me to pursue a PhD in Psychology and training in expressive arts therapy. I have worked across diverse settings, including community mental health, correctional facilities, hospitals, and private practice, serving clients across the lifespan. My work is grounded in deep compassion for those who suffer silently. I use an integrative approach, combining evidence-based therapies with mindfulness and narrative exploration, helping clients build insight, resilience, and the ability to care for themselves.
